Wunsch-Impulse-V/PN

Impulse by Christoph Wunsch is a sophisticated piece of contemporary percussion literature. The work, which is jazz-oriented in harmony and rhythm, is in three movements. In the first movement the two instruments chase each other through the octaves, the second slow movement grants lyrical lingering, the third movement impresses with its high level of motor skills. Due to its virtuosity and its dramatic character, the piece is ideally suited as a concert piece or test piece.
