The Yamaha MS1000 music stand is lightweight, yet durable, and provides high quality at a low price. Constructed of super-sturdy round tubing, the MS1000 also features a permanently attached swivel joint that connects the stand to the base.

The MS1000 is made of black aluminum tubing and comes equipped with extended arms and page stoppers. The one-piece construction folds down to a compact design for easy transport, and eliminates the problem of lost pieces.

I am totally into the functionality and portability of the Yamaha Black Folding Music Stand. My only concerns with the product are its slightly difficult folding abilities and the metal sheet music placeholders sometimes seem obsolete/useless in holding my music and having it seem clear on the stand. I would totally recommend this product to concert & chamber music players, but no so much for outdoor/indoor marching environments. All around, this product is a hoot and a half!
