Yamaha Keiko Abe MKA-09 Extra Soft Rattan Marimba Mallets

The MKA09 is the Extra Soft Mallet from the Keiko Abe Mallet line. It features a rubber core with a 2mm tube wrapped around it. The softest of high quality yarn is used as the finishing wrap. The 430mm Straight rattan shaft is selected to create a perfectly balanced mallet for the more delicate passages of music. This mallet will excel when the performer wants no bar contact sound. Perfect as a bass mallet in a graduated set.
