The Zildjian K0982 16" K Custom Fast Crash Cymbal is a dark, dry crash with a quick decay. The redesigned bell is the main difference from a standard K Custom crash; it allows the cymbal to decay faster, making it feel more immediate and controllable. The thin weight and brilliant finish combine the warm, complex character of the K Custom series with a more explosive attack. The brilliant finish also gives the crash a glassy, articulate stick sound.
