Comments:

This is a great piece for the intermediate-advanced marimba player, and is common for a recital piece. It's challenging and calls for a great deal of control, coordination, and musicality, but it sounds great when done right. As for the actual printing of this piece, there are a couple mistakes in the print: page 7, at the risoluto section, there is no treble cleff written in to make that change in the 4+5/16 measure; and on page 5, 4th line, second grouping, the last note that would be played by the #1 mallet is marked as a 2nd G, but really ought to continue the bass line's pattern and go to a F. All in all, this is a beautiful piece that will be a great addition to anyone's repertoire.

Comments:

I do not think that Keiko Abe will ever dissapoint. The melody for this piece is very beautiful but at the same time this piece is still difficult to play. A gret addition to anyones repertoire.
