The Remo Emperor Renaissance Crimplock 10" Marching Tenor Drumhead is the warmest-toned marching tenor head in Remo's lineup, and the Renaissance texture coating sets it apart from other tenor heads on the market. This head is well suited for indoor marching ensembles, and is favored by outdoor marching bands who prefer a more traditional sound.

Two plies of 7.5-mil specially treated film give the head its controlled sustain and clear articulation with the durability needed for competitive marching. Remo's Renaissance texture coating was originally designed to approximate the natural warmth and feel of traditional calfskin drumheads. The Crimplock hoop keeps the head seated securely under high marching tension, and the Emperor Renaissance Crimplock has been used and trusted by several DCI corps.
