The Remo Powermax 2 Ebony Crimplock 20" Marching Bass Drumhead is a heavy duty 2-ply head built for the high end of a marching bass line, where clarity and note definition are especially critical. Two plies of 7-mil Ebony film and a Bottom Black Dot in the center give it an edge over standard 2-ply heads in both durability and punch, producing a tight, focused sound that speaks clearly both indoors and outdoors. A strong fit for marching band, drum corps, high school drumline, and competitive programs at the WGI and DCI level.

The pre-installed free-floating muffling ring promotes a quick decay and keeps the sound super focused. The high-tension Crimplock hoop keeps this head at the tension it needs to respond and speak properly, with a stable tuning range that holds up to heavy use.
