These sound great! I prefer them to my malletech DS18 mallets because they have a softer attack and result in milder overtones. I have been playing with rattan mallets exclusively for many years, so it's fun to play with such a light mallet. The only gripe I have is how long they are, but I assume that's because of how light they are- they need to be longer for the balance to be right?
