great solo mallets

Wonderful tone, perfect for pieces like Land, Wind by Chin Chen Lin, and all Pius Cheng's piece. I bought pair of 3 and pair of 4, 3 can work well in the lower range, and goes to c3. 4 works well from all the way to the top. Great sound quality! so far the perfect pair for me. However, Might be head heavy, won't recommend to beginner player or those who prefer light mallets as IP240 and VF Van Sice series. Smooth handle, balance is not that good cuz the head is too heavy. Two concerns for players: 1.Quite heavy (heavier than Marimba One KMB series);2.The yarn can become fuzzy really quick. Played with graduate set, 2-3-3-4
