I purchased this ride cymbal with the intent of playing a wide range of genres and this cymbal has done nothing but blow my mind on its ability to give me what I want!! It has a beautiful, bright sounding bell that expands out into "jazz land", this is where performing that fast jazz, and even slow swinging, can be done with ease and doesn't get lost in the sound. Im gonna skip the top of the polished part because of time. Finally, this creation that Sabian along with Jojo Mayer have come up with has a hell of crash behind its nice riding! This cymbal will blow your Rock, Funk, Classic Rock, Metal, Progressive Rock, Big Band, Jazz, Screamo buddies wildest intentions!! When I first layed into this cymbal it just felt right and was nothing less than speech defying to listen to after recording. To end this, due to my fingers hurting, I just want to say I highly recommend the Sabian 22" HHX Omni Cymbal for any and every drummer!!!!! The greatest Cymbal purchase I have ever made by a LONG shot!
