Remo Pinstripe Ebony Crimplock Marching Tenor Drumhead - 13"

The Remo Pinstripe Ebony Crimplock 13" Marching Tenor Drumhead stands apart in Remo's marching tenor lineup due to its clean, reflective black appearance. The response and sound of this 2-ply marching head is similar to a Clear Pinstripe but slightly warmer and drier due to the Ebony film. The same Ebony film is available on Remo's marching bass heads, which is a plus for ensembles that want a uniform look across the entire battery.

The head is built with a 7-mil Ebony top ply over a 7-mil Clear Mylar bottom ply, with Remo's Pinstripe dampening ring between the plies. The Pinstripe focuses the tone and reduces unwanted overtones, and also increases articulation. A high-tension Crimplock hoop provides the tuning stability and durability needed for all high-tension marching applications, both indoor and outdoor.
