Each head uses a 2-ply construction with a 7mil top ply over a 7.5mil bottom, a combination that delivers tonal clarity and projection while adding durability and pitch stability. Less time tuning means more time working on music and drill. Evans's Sound Shaping Technology applies a targeted damping pattern that controls unwanted overtones and sharpens attack, projection, and note definition across the entire line.
