Live Oak Junior High School

At LOJH we develop the entire percussionist. We do not produce drummers. Percussionists at LOJH play all manner of percussion instruments including melodic percussion, battery percussion, world percussion, and accessory percussion instruments. We prepare the students to be able to participate in concert bands, orchestras, marching bands, and even rock bands through the study of percussion at LOJH. However, due to time and budgetary restraints we do not cover the drum set, but don't worry everything we cover easily transfers to the playing of the drum set.
