Remo Clear Emperor Crimplock Marching Tenor Drum Head - Product Information

Remo Clear Emperor Marching Tenor Heads feature two 7-mil plies of Mylar in a high strength collar. Clear Emperor provides outstanding projection and attack for a wide open, clear tone.

The Crimplock hoop is a hybrid design combining a crimped leg over the WeatherKing® poured channel technology, locking the film into the collar for added strength and durability in high-tension marching applications.

Remo's best marching tenor head

Switched to these after using pinstripes for many years. We were having projection issues with the new Tama drums that we use at the school I teach, so I took a gamble and tried out these heads. So glad we switched - these heads are great! Excellent projection, beautiful tone, and very durable. Cosmetically, they do not scuff or get marked up over time, keeping them looking new. Definitely my new go-to tenor head selection.
