The Roland V-Drums TD-17KV2 offers the dynamics, sound and feel of acoustic drums in a feature packed electronic drum set. Roland has not only created a great sounding electronic drum set but it has made it very simple for the drummer to create kits and even adjust the feel of the head material to meet the drummers needs. In addition to the performance features Roland has included practice and learning tools allow this kit to function in an educational environment.

TD-17 Sound Module

The Updated TD-17 sound module with new kits, expanded effects, compression/reverb sections, and rich, dynamic, and natural drum sounds. TD-17 responds to drastic dynamic changes flawlessly with unprecedented high speed. The Module detects open and closed rim shots allowing authentic snare drum technique. The Hi-Hat delivers smooth open to closed pedal control and bow/edge tonal detection. Included preset kits cover a wide range of genera as well as the the ability to create custom kits including your own imported sound samples.

The included educational features include coach functions like daily exercise and warm up routines. Play-along to tracks and video drum lessons from a Standard SD card or stream audio via Bluetooth right into the mix on your headphones or speakers. Built in recording features allows for instant playback of the drummers playing. The TD-17 is also compatible with Melodics for V-Drums to improve the players sense of time.

PDX-12 V-Pad

The 12" PDX-12 Pad for the snare and tom features a 2ply mesh head and actual tension rods allowing the player to get an authentic and satisfying feel and rebound. High quality rubber material hoop with authentic hoop height allow for proper stick angle and snare playing techniques. Fits standard snare and tom stands.

VH-10 V-Hi-Hat

This innovative hi-hat pad uses a single-cymbal floating design that mounts on a traditional acoustic hi-hat stand. It provides the same playing feel as an acoustic hi-hat, with a natural rebound and authentic swinging motion when you strike the pad. And with bow/edge triggering and smooth open/closed sounds, you can execute traditional playing techniques to perfection.
